She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Ken Roberts.
Judy is survived by her husband of 48 years, Ray Kibbons, two daughters, Monika Highfill and Rebecca Kibbons, three grandchildren, and one brother, Jim Roberts.
She retired from State Farm Insurance in Bloomington, Illinois. She enjoyed crafts and sewing.
Cremation rites have been accorded. Per her wishes, a celebration of life will not be held. Condolences can be made to the family through the mail.
