She was born Oct. 13, 1927 in Hammond, IN to Loyd and Golda (Shields) Jones. She first married Paul Hayes then later married Dean Trent then last married Maurice Little. They all preceded her in death along with her parents, and three brothers: Jack, Norman and Dale Jones.
Survivors include one son, Jeff Trent of East Peoria, two daughters: Dale Joy (Richard) Warren of Chillicothe, Patricia Moreland of Atlanta, GA, one sister, Wanda Rush of Lampe, MO, five grandchildren: Penny, Kathy, Brian, Chris, and Cindy. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Norma was a waitress for many years for several places in the Peoria area.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at 11 a.m. at the Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Fondulac Cemetery in East Peoria.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association Peoria Chapter or the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
