It was so sad hearing he was gone. Worked with him at WMBD and after his retirement a few of us met over drinks and laughed at all the stories and escapades. He will be missed by many! A great person and a privilege to have known.

To the family of Ron Allen,
I am so very sad to hear of Ron's passing here in Rhode Island. I worked with him at WMBD for five years in the sixties, the best five years of my life and career. He was always a great friend, a superior professional, totally reliable, and genuinely helpful in every way. When I recall my days in Peoria, a tremendous rush of wonderful memories come my way and Ron is certainly a huge part of that. Ron Moses, Riverside, RI
