William Nolan

He was born November 20, 1941, in Peoria to William and Helen J. (Burwell) Nolan. He married Patricia Ann Poulsen on February 20, 1957, in Peoria. She passed away January 11, 2022, in East Peoria. He is also preceded in death by his parents, and one great-grandson, Hunter Sullivan.

Survivors include two daughters: Carla Sentz of East Peoria, Melissa Nolan of Creve Coeur, two sons: William Nolan, Jr, of Litchfield, and Michael (Elizabeth) Nolan of Clermont, FL. He is also survived by nine grandchildren: Shawana, Sarah, Robert, Joshua, Jessica, Jacob, Dillon, Luke, Alexandra, nine great-grandchildren, and two great-great-granddaughters.

William owned and operated NPC Builders in the East Peoria area most of his life. He was a member of the Painters Local 157. He was also a member of the Elm Ridge Southern Missionary Baptist Church in East Peoria.

Funeral services will be Monday, August 3, 2026 at 11 a.m. at the Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery in Peoria.
