Huie Mac McBride

Huie "Mac" McBride, age 82, of Riverdale GA, died Sunday September 26, 2010. Mr. McBride was a Marine Veteran and served several terms as Post Commander of American Legion Post 51 in East Point, GA. He was retired from Arrow Shirt Company with 41 years of service. Mac is survived by his wife Inez Gay McBride, a son Randall McBride of Mobile, Alabama, three step children: Randy Gay of Peachtree City, GA, Vicki Carter of Gay, GA, and Lori Robinson of Tyrone, GA. Also surviving are five step-grandchildren: Joshua Carter, Jacob Carter, Kaylee Robinson, Jessica Gay, and Jenna Gay, and two step-great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 28, 2010 in the chapel with Rev. Claude Smithmire officiating. Interment with miitary honors will follow at College Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home Monday September 27, 2010 from 6 to 8 pm.
