Samuel D. Parnell, 67, of East Point, Georgia, passed away on March 25, 2010. He is survived by his sister, JoAnne Parnell of East Point, GA, daughter, Samantha M. Parnell of Dallas, TX, son and daughter-in-law, Christopher L. Parnell and Rebecca Moore of Portland, OR, 2 granddaughters and special friends The Houston Family of Fayetteville, GA. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 29, 2010 at 11:00am at Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home, 2968 East Point St., East Point, GA 404-761-1138. Dr. William Scarbrough will officiate.
