Sandra E. Gossett, age 70, of Thomaston, formerly of Atlanta, passed away Nov. 16, 2013. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Monica Sparks, and a son; Ivan Gossett. She is survived by daughter; Stacey (Terry) White, 16 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, sisters; Jane Mincey, Suzanne Pritchet. Funeral services will be held Monday, Nov. 18, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Historic Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home 2968 East Point St., East Point, GA 30344. Interment Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 4-6 pm at the funeral home.
