She was born in Chattanooga to Ray and Luanne Bell, was of the Baptist faith and retired as the Toy Department Manager of the K Mart in East Ridge.
She was preceded in death by her parents and former husband, Billy Westmoreland.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Shipp; son, Kenneth Westmoreland; grandson, Cory Shipp; great-grandson, Brody Shipp; sister, Debra Pogue; and brother, Mike Bell.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM on Thursday and from 11 AM to 1 PM on Friday at the funeral home.
Funeral Services will be at 1 PM on Friday, June 8, 2012 at the funeral home.
