She was devoted, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She attended and was a member of the Cowboy Church of Lafayette.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Edward Williams and her infant son, James Edward Williams, and her 4 siblings, Don; Allen; and Lebron Mosier, and Jenny Brooks.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughters, Sandra (Dean) Miller of Rossville, Georgia and Lissa (Jay) Watson of North Carolina, grandchildren are Jody, Lil Dean, Danielle, Jacob and Garrett, great-grandchildren are Ciana, Austin, Savannah, Baylee, Houston, Bradlee, Dallas and Henley, several nieces and nephews that she loved dearly, and her sister, Dona Waterhouse, and many dear friends.
A Celebration of Barbara’s Life will be held in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home on Thursday October 30, 2025, at 12:00 pm with Pastor Randy Harden officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening at the funeral home from 5-7 p m. She will be laid to rest in the Tennessee Georgia Memorial Park alongside her beloved husband, Frank.
Pallbearers for the service will be Jody Miller, Dean Miller, Austin Henegar, Jay Watson, Jacob Watson, and Garrett Watson.
