Betty Cresswell Rogers, 82 of Lookout Valley, went to be with the Lord on October 13, 2013. She grew up in Tunnel Hill, GA and lived in Lookout Valley. She was retired from Dupont and was a lifelong member of Mountain View Presbyterian Church.
Survivors are husband, Reece Rogers; daughter, Connie (Steve) Carrick; son, Jimmy Rogers; Three grandchildren, Anna (Mitch) Durham, Ryan (Nikki) Carrick and Melissa Carrick; 8 beautiful great-grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM on Tuesday, October 15th at the funeral home.
Funeral Services will be at 1 PM on Wednesday, October 16th at the funeral home with Pastor Walt Ginapp and Pastor Ken Austin officiating. Burial will follow at Boydston Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Boydston Cemetery (c/o Mickey Ridge, 938 Deerhead Cove Road, Rising Fawn, GA 30738).
