Betty Booth Thompson, 94, of Flintstone, Georgia passed away Sunday, February 19, 2023. She was a member of Flintstone Baptist Church. Betty had worked at the cosmetics counter at Miller Brothers Department Store.
She was preceded in death by her son, Leslie Thompson.
Survivors include her husband of 75 years, David Lebron Thompson; one son, Rick (Linda) Thompson; four grandchildren, Patrick Thompson, Christopher Thompson, Trudy Teague and Jack Thompson; five great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 1 PM Wednesday at Chattanooga National Cemetery with the Rev. Brent Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 AM to 12:30 PM Wednesday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road, East Ridge, TN.
