Cliff Turner, 75 of Chattanooga passed away on November 1, 2019. He graduated from Kirkman Technical High School. Cliff was a machinist with U.S. Pipe and retired after 20+ years of service. He was a member of the Lookout Valley Presbyterian church. Cliff was an avid bowler and was a member of various leagues. He loved to watch sports, especially his beloved Volunteers.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Maxine Turner; 3 sisters, Alice, Hazel, and Mae; and 2 brothers, Arnold and Robert Turner.

Left behind to cherish Cliff’s memory are his wife of 55 years, Jean Turner; children, Michele (Craig) Henry, and Darren Turner; grandchildren, Hannah and Joshua Turner; Haley, Heath, and Hunter Henry; one great-granddaughter, Elena Turner; and a sister, Gracie; several nieces and nephews and many dear friends.

A Celebration of Cliff’s Life will be held in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home on Sunday November 3, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. with Pastor Grady Davidson officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 p.m. until service time on Sunday. He will be laid to rest in the Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

Arrangements are under the care of Chattanooga Funeral Home Crematory and Florist East Chapel, 404 South Moore Rd. East Ridge, TN 37412.

You will be really missed big guy. I always loved bowling with you. The way your expression never changed when you bowled. You could not tell if you were having a good game or a bad game. I will really miss our lead off man. Love you big guy. I will see you again one day.
