
Daniela Lucia Dunn, a devout Christian and the loving and devoted wife of Harrison David Dunn, joined her Lord on October 27, 2016. Daniela was born in Bradford, England on August 28, 1952 to Walter and Francesca Bordonaro Kepinski, both of whom preceded her in death.
Daniela emigrated to the United States with her young son in 1977. She became a naturalized citizen of the United States and was, by choice, a sincere and zealous American patriot.
Daniela and David spent their first twenty years together in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, where together, they built from the ground up, a thriving and successful industrial construction company. They retired in 2011 and moved to Ooltewah, Tennessee.
Daniela was a remarkable homemaker. Next to her devotion to God and her family, Daniela’s passions were decorating, superb Italian cooking, sewing, embroidery, gardening and love for children and animals.
In addition to David, Daniela is survived by her son, Frank Satterwhite of Cumming, Georgia, her sister Stephanie Kepinska of Roswell, Georgia, granddaughters, Brittany and Sage Sattterwhite of Cumming, Georgia, her adoring stepdaughters, Kristi (Brice) Long of Charleston,
South Carolina, Michele (Aaron) Roach of Chattanooga and step grandson, Austin Roach of Nashville.
A memorial service in celebration of Daniela’s life will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday at Hamilton Memorial Gardens Chapel of Devotion Mausoleum in Hixson, Tennessee, with Dr. David Kidd officiating. A reception in Daniela’s honor will follow at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Saint Jude Children’s Hospital,
Memphis, Tennessee or the American Cancer Society.
