Survivors include his wife Mary Gail Steele; daughters, Donna Steele Spaulding and Kimberly Steele Ray; sons, Robert Steele and Hunter Steele; step-daughter, Kandy (Scott) Gasaway; grandchildren, Ashley Gasaway and Brian Gasaway; twin brother, Dan (Jean) Steele and brother, Jim Steele; two nephews, Jason Steele and Randy Steele.
Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Monday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road. Burial with military honors will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2-6 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
