On the anniversary of Ed's death, I recall his vibrant personality, his love of family, and his caring ways.  He was a special person.

I was blessed for several years to be Ed’s Sales Assistant at Raymond James.  As he was with everyone, Ed and I became family.  When I think of him, I just see us laughing until he would be crying.  Rest In Peace my dear friend.

Ed was one of a kind.  His candor and his sense of humor were unmatched.  He was a dear friend of mine and my husband Mel and we will miss him more than he would have ever thought.  Mel called Ed every day to talk about world news, discuss politics and religion.  I would say they taught each other a thing or two over the years.  The occasional dinner and visits and the daily calls will be missed.  Rest in peace Ed, you deserve it.  Prayers always with the family because a piece of their lives is gone as well.  Memories are what sustain us and knowing that Ed is sitting beside St. Peter.

My prayers of comfort and healing are now with Ed's family.  My mother, Nancy Johnson, and Ed were best of friends.  Ed was a kind and generous friend with mom. They attended Mass together, Serra Club and many a retreat.  She passed away 5 1/2 years ago but I have no doubt they are laughing and joyous together.

Ed Warwick was a Past Grand Knight of Holy Family Council 6099 and his Brother Knights will miss him. Ed always had a smile and was always laughing it up. Rest in Peace Brother

My family used to live across the street from the Warwicks, and Eddie would swing me and my younger brother around. We loved it! Mom was also a good friend of Sis’s for many years. So sorry Eddie is no longer with us. 

Bernadette and I will always be grateful for how helpful Ed was to my mom and dad in their later years. His friendship and his steadfast support for the OLPH community will certainly be missed. May his family be comforted by their many warm memories of Ed.


We met Ed in 1979 when we moved to Chattanooga. Through the years Ed was a very dear friend. We saw him often as our broker, business occasions and most of all as a personal friend. Ed was an avid Bridge player. We enjoyed many evenings of card playing and meal sharing. After moving to Florida, we maintain our friendship through phone calls and visits to Chattanooga.

We will miss you Ed and always remember you as a beloved, kind, funny, generous person and best of friends. Be at peace in the love of God.

My prayers for the family and friends of Ed Warwick.  Mr. Warwick reflected a love for the OLPH Parish & School community.  Also, a love for his family.

To add memories of Ed would take the entire night to read. There are crazy ones, silly ones and most wonderful ones. As a young boy he was totally surrounded by all his female sisters and cousins. God bless him for all we made him do. As an adult man he forgave us all and was so very good to all of us. The only solace we feel now is that he is tucked in God’s arms with the rest of our family members and will be missed as all of them are and will be until we see them all again.

All of Ed's family near and far  are in our prayers.
He was a devoted and fun loving man and we have countless memories that fill our hearts.

Ed was a big supporter of our seminarians. I will never forget when he took me to get a new suit for my Diaconate Ordination (Nov 1993).  As a seminarian, I didn't have a lot of money. Ed insisted we go to Yacoubjan Brothers. He bought me a wonderful suit and the most expensive shoes I have ever owned (over $300 at the time). He insisted on buying me 2 neck ties (which was a bit strange as I was about to be ordained and wouldn't be wearing ties very often). He picked out a very elegant gold one and then one with cartoon characters on it! "For the times when you don't have to be so serious" he said.  After I was ordained I completely trusted him (as have many of our priests) with an investment account i started with him. His visits to the seminaries are legendary. He will be missed. Rest in Peace, Ed. 

Was so very sorry to hear about Eddie‘s passing. The last time I saw Eddie was when I was in Chattanooga for my 20th reunion. We so enjoyed our friendship with the Warwick family, which seems so very long ago now. Please know that Bethie and the entire Warwick family are in my prayers.
