Fay Akins Bailey, 93, of Chattanooga passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2020. She was retired from Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of Chattanooga. She was preceded in death by her husband of 75 years, Talmer Lee (T.L.) Bailey and parents, Ezekiel and Carmen Shepherd Akins.
A private family graveside service will be held at 3 PM Monday, July 6, 2020 at Whitfield Memorial Gardens with Dr. Thomas Quisenberry officiating.
Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road, East Ridge, TN.
