Mrs. Wilson was born in raised in Jonesboro, VA. She retired from Walker County, GA Health Department as an LPN, was of the Christian faith and enjoyed ballroom dancing.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Davis Wilson; and her parents, Robert and Clara Wynn.
Surviving are her son, Dana Wilson; grandsons, Ashley and Eric Wilson; granddaughter, Stephanie (Dustin) Fraley; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM on Friday and 12 noon to 1PM on Saturday at the funeral home.
Funeral Services will be at 1 PM Saturday, September 29, 2012 at the funeral home with Pastor Wayland Stewart officiating.
Burial will follow at Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park, Rossville, GA.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011).
