I have so many memories of Grover and Winnie. Chuck, Larry and I would plan our camping trips and Grover would help us get prepared. I think he wanted to go each time. He loved to camp. Chuck, Larry and I called ourselves the "Brothers" and we went camping a lot. We ventured out west one time. Chuck was only 16 years old but Grover let him go with us. He always believed in helping things get done. He helped us plan the trip. He had the knowledge that we needed to make the journey a success. This was our longest venture by ourselves and he wanted to make sure we got back but had a good time.

Grover was also my Sunday school teacher and he would always add some of his war stories in the lessons to emphasize the message of the day. He was a man's man and he will be missed. The care Chuck and Teresa provided in the last years is a testament of the love they had Grover.

My thoughts and prayers go out to Chuck and Teresa and the family. I know how dear and precious he was to you. The love and care you gave both he and Winnie in their final years was such a blessing to witness and I know it meant so much to them.

I will always have fond memories of Grover (Mr. Bledsoe) and Mrs. Bledsoe, especially from my teen age years. Both were always so kind and non judgmental of anyone. I can still hear his infectious deep laugh. We are very sorry for your loss. Ernie Meyer (and Angela)

I will greatly miss my Uncle Grover as I have my Aunt Winnie. They were the finest, christian couple you could know. I always knew we were going to Sunday School and Church when I spent the night with Kathy on Sat. night. Chuck and Teresa did a great job taking care of both of them. Donna Ivester Burnette (Mildred's daughter).

Grover always had time for us and made going to Ridgedale United Methodist Church just a little more special. A friend, teacher and a good man. I miss those good times and fellowship at RUMC and he will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends.
