Harold "Pete" Eugene Muegge Sr.

Harold “Pete” Eugene Muegge, Sr., 81, of Chattanooga passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at his home. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church. A veteran of the U. S. Army, Harold was a self-employed Truck Driver. He was a member of Senior Neighbors in East Ridge and at Eastgate Mall.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Dorothy Hess Muegge; two brothers, Wayne Muegge and Jerry Muegge; one grandson, Anthony Frakes.

Survivors include his wife, Beth Muegge; children, Debbie Brown, Dianna Frakes, Harold Eugene Muegge, Jr., Brenda Muegge, all of Hamilton, IL, Beverly Slee of Fort Madison IA, Christine Macias of Chattanooga and Christopher, Muegge of Memphis, TN; Steve Woodruff, Candace Russell, Lacey Helenthal, Kendall Muegge, Arianna Macias, and Khloe Macias several great-grandchildren; sister, Velma Fonderoli of LaSalle, IL; brothers, Russell Muegee, Hamilton, IL., and Floyd Muegee, Quincy, IL., several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Monday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with Father Jim Vick officiating. Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 3-7 PM Saturday and Sunday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
