Helen H. Greeson

Helen H. Greeson, 85, of Pueblo, Colorado, and formerly of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away May 30, 2015. She was born April 4, 1930 in Lobelville, Tennessee to the late Fred and Nancy Lee (Aldridge) Halbrooks, She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Glenn Greeson of Chattanooga, brother Arthur Jones of Kentucky, and sister Ruby Hodges of North Carolina.

Mrs. Greeson was a registered Histological Technician, working in the laboratories of several hospitals in the Chattanooga area for over 35 years. At the time of her death, Mrs. Greeson was a member of the Southwest Church of Christ of Pueblo, and a former member of the East Brainerd Church of Christ of Chattanooga.

Mrs. Greeson is survived by her daughter, Sheila (Gordon) Kelso of Pueblo, Colorado, her son James (Barbara) Greeson of Cookeville, Tennessee, her daughter, Gail (Ronald) Rogers of Chattanooga, her sister Rosa Lee Johnson of Jacksonville, Florida, her grandchildren, Erin (John) Hamilton, Amy Kelso, Adam Kelso, Claire (Jon) Wyche, Alex (Carla) Rogers, Stephen (Cynthia) Lee, seven great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Mrs. Greeson will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 6, at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Hamilton Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, June 5, from 4 till 8 pm.
