Fred was born in Chattanooga and graduated from East Ridge High School, class of 1965. He went to UTK, graduating with his Bachelor’s Degree in 1969. Fred owned F&D Tool Service in East Ridge, worked at Stone Brother’s Hardware and East Ridge Hardware. He was a longtime member of the East Ridge Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Herman Frederick Riemke, Sr.
Survivors include his Mother, Hattie Smith Riemke and Sisters, Debra Riemke and Rita (Larry) Martin.
A Celebration of Fred’s Life was held at 12 Noon on Thursday, July 27, 2023 in the funeral home chapel with Minister Charles Cochran and Minister Steve Plemmons officiating. Interment was at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South, Rossville, GA.
