Mr. Loy retired from the FAA and worked at Lovell Field for 26 ½ years as an Air Traffic Controller.
He is survived by his wife, Arlene Loy; daughter, Linda Loy; son, Mitchell Loy; and grandsons, Jeremy and Samuel Loy.
There will not be any visitation.
Graveside Service will be at 12 Noon on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist. 404 South Moore Road.
