Inez Brandon Johnson, 99, of Chattanooga passed away on Wednesday January 22, 2020. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Highland Park Baptist. She was an accountant and retired from Wheland Foundry.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Johnson, son-in-law, Bill Johnson, her parents, Eugene and Myrtle Brandon, 5 brothers, and 1 sister.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Rebecca Johnson, granddaughter and her husband, Kathryn and Ryan O’Neil, and a great-granddaughter, Riley O’ Neil.
A Celebration of Inez’s Life will be held in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home on Monday January 27, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. with Chaplain David Reynolds officiating. The family will begin receiving friends starting one hour prior beginning at 11:00 am. Inez will be laid to rest with her husband in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Chattanooga, 4411 Oakwood Dr, Chattanooga, TN 37416.
