He was a member and attended Ridgedale Baptist Church. He was employed with Combustion Engineering for 41 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Cloyd and Grace Dawson, and a sister, Ellowyne Shaw.
Left behind to cherish Bud’s memory are his wife of 50 years, Brenda Dawson, and 1 niece, Lori (Steve) Lawerence.
A Celebration of Bud’s Life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday July 1, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Dr. Doug Plumlee officiating.
The family will receive friends from 4 – 8 p.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home East Chapel on Friday June 30, 2017 from 4-8 p.m.
Interment will be at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
