Jackie was born in St. Louis, Missouri to Leonard and Virginia Dueker and was a graduate of St. Louis University School of Nursing. She was also a member of OLPH Catholic Church, Crazy Quilters Guild and retired from Memorial Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Sylvia Cleavelin.
Surviving are her daughters, Donna Mathis Davis and her husband William, Virginia Mathis and Laura Mathis; beloved grandson, Matthew Jesse Whisenant; and nephews, Leonard and Mark Cleavelin.
Visitation will be on Saturday, April 13, 2013 from 12 Noon to 1:30 PM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in the Parish Life Center. A Funeral Mass will follow at 1:30 PM at the church with Father Jim Vick officiating.
