Today, I was thinking about my English teacher for my freshman year in university. I haven't contacted him for ages, so I searched his name online, and I found this. A gratitude sent too late, dear Mr. Huberty. We talked about you in our last alumnae gathering. Thanks, on behalf of my class. RIP! -- Adam Li (originally from Shanghai, China)

It was such a pleasure to have Mike in my Environmental Job Training Program. His enthusiasm and zest for learning were such a joy. I know he fought a hard a battle and along the way, his calls and emails were always positive. I'll miss your wit!
Off to a better place, Mike! Enjoy! Donna Van Natten (The Enterprise Center, Chattanooga, TN)

Li-Mei, I knew Mike for years. I remember that more that than 10 years ago I invited you and him to a concert at Taipei giving by the wonderful girls and boys from Africa who received support from Taiwan. Mike enjoyed it very much. He is a kind person with a lot of love. He helped me to improve my English writing, by not only replacing mine with his but also trying to teach me why patiently. He was such a good friend to me. Just about 3 months he invited me to join LinkedIn to "keep in touch." Now this remind me of what he did a long time ago (again too long) that he passed a message to me about why we should join the web community: Never leave your friends behind. We did not leave each other behind. He always has a place in my heart. Ban

Li-Mei, I am so sorry to hear about Mike, also sorry that I was unable to get back to you about his party, my daughter-in-law's aunt had a stroke and we were busy taking care of the kids and it just completely slipped my mind. Bob and I will not be able to attend the service because we are taking care of the children, but out thoughts and prayers are with you. If you have a chance, please call me before you return home. God bless you.
