Mr. Walker spent the majority of his life as a finish carpenter. He also served in the Tennessee Army National Guard.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alex and Gertrude (Kuykendall) Walker, and brother, Alex “Junior” Walker.
He is survived by his children, Kelley (Ron) Hamby, Smyrna, TN., Dean (Brandie) Walker, Leesville, SC., granddaughter, Cassie (Robby) Walters, Memphis, TN., grandson, Nicholas Viles, Chattanooga, brothers, Joe (Jeanette), Jack (Helen), Johnny, all of Chattanooga and Jim (Shirley) Walker, Ringgold, GA., and numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation. A private memorial service will be held at later date.
