John was born December 20, 1958 in Chicago, IL., to the late John and Mary Wasylko.
John was a Stationery Engineer at O’ Hare International Airport for many years. Upon his retirement he and his wife, Maggie relocated to Chattanooga, TN., where they lived for the last 4 years.
John was preceded in death by his wife, Maggie and his aforementioned parents.
Left behind to cherish John’s memory are his two daughters, Seana Wasylko of Chicago and Elaine Wasylko of Chattanooga, and his step-son, Paul Pender of Edmonton BC.
Per John’s wishes there will be no formal local services. A Memorial Mass will be held in Chicago at a later date. He and Maggie’s wish was to have their ashes taken over to Maggie’s home country of Ireland for scattering.
