Karen Sue Ray, 76, of Chattanooga passed away on Friday, March 30, 2018. She was a member of Blackwood Springs Baptist Church in Calhoun, GA. She had been an accountant with REA Express, Comptroller with Sheraton Hotel in East Ridge, Manager of Normandy Apartments, had worked at TVA Credit Union, was on the management staff at Bennigans Restaurant and Peoples Restaurant.
She was a Member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter #484 in Calhoun, GA and was past president and a founding member of the Chattanooga Lookouts Booster Club.
She was preceded in death by her son, Kyle Williams and her parents, Gaylord and Ethel Caselman.
Survivors include her husband, Mark Ray; son, Patrick Keith (Abigayle); daughter, Dana Williams (Bryan).
Graveside services will be held at 1 PM Thursday at Chattanooga National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Wednesday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road, East Ridge, TN 37412.
