Kevin was a life-long resident of East Ridge and a graduate of Chattanooga Center for Creative Arts. He is the son of Dennis Phillips who is a member of IATSE local 104, established sound engineer and production manager, and has toured with many big-name national acts since 1975.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Catherine and Daniel Phillips.
He is survived by his father, Dennis Phillips; mother, Synthia Cox; half-brother, Dylan Farmer; step-father, Danny Farmer; uncle, James “Skip” Phillips; cousin, Brandon Phillips; maternal grandmother, Patty Tishaw; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12 Noon on Monday, June 13, 2011 at the funeral home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
