Mr. Johnson was born and raised in Chattanooga. He was of the Baptist faith and was a retired self-employed painter. At the time of his death, he still enjoyed bowling at the Holiday Bowl and also riding bikes, walking and doing home renovations.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Lloyd Johnson, Sr.
Surviving are his sisters, twin sister, Lorraine Duncan, Peggy Mullis and Jerry (Charles) Brock; and many nieces and nephews.
There will not be any visitation or services.
