Louise V. Zelinski, 98, of Chattanooga, TN, passed away on October 28, 2019. Louise was born on October 6, 1921 in Nanticoke, PA., to parents Michael and Veronica Batt. After her marriage to Capt. Walter C. Zelinski in 1946, she and her husband and children traveled the world and were stationed in several foreign countries through-out Europe and Asia. The family moved to Chattanooga in 1960.
She is survived by her son, Richard, of Chattanooga, her daughter, Debbie and son-in law, Tom, grandsons, Adam and Jason and his wife, Susan, great grandson, Logan, great-granddaughter Hannah, all of Phoenix, AZ., a great-granddaughter, Caitlynn, and two great-great granddaughters, Pennsylvania.
A short visitation will be held at the Chattanooga Funeral Home on Friday, November 1, 2019 at 12:00 with burial following at the Chattanooga National Cemetery at 1:30.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Veterans of Foreign Wars made in her name would be appreciated.
