She is preceded in death by her late husband, Harvey Hensley from Erwin, TN, also her late parents, Rev. Hugh and Mrs. Clara Mackey, who are all waiting to welcome her home.
She was a member of Delray Baptist Church. Her favorite things to do were play the piano and sing for the Glory of God. She also loved to fish and hunt; and loved the Lord so much and never met a stranger.
Survivors include her son, Phillip Bedwell of Rossville, GA along with his wife, Jo Ann; daughter, Michelle Taylor of Chattanooga, TN along with her husband, Roger Taylor; biological mom, Margaret Harden; stepson, Hugh Hensley; stepdaughter, Norma Jean H. Millington; sister, Barbara Hasty of Cleveland, TN; and several grandchildren, stepgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 PM on Saturday and 1 to 3 PM on Sunday at the funeral home.
Funeral Services will be at 3 PM on Sunday, March 2, 2014 at the funeral home with Rev. Chris Eaves officiating and Don Robinson singing.
Private Graveside Services will be at Lakewood Memory Gardens South.
