I only knew Mrs Tyler for a short two years while working for her through Senior Helpers. In that short period of time, I grew to know Mrs Tyler as a very faithful and respected woman. She was a devoted mother and loved her dearly departed Jack so very much. She loved her God and her family and friends very much also. I feel blessed to have had the honor to have worked for her and her family and to have been able to call her a friend. May you Rest In Peace and may the family rest in knowing she is free from all worries and pain. Here’s to you, mrs Tyler, Until we see you again one day in Heaven.

I just lost my best friend. Lynda and I met when we were about 13 years old when we moved into the same neighborhood of Woodmore. Our mother’s became friends as well as Lynda and I. We screamed over Elvis on television, spent many afternoons talking and giggling and aggravating her brothers, Bobby and Billy.
As we grew older, we kept the phone calls coming, the visits and lunch dates as we still talked and giggled. We shared hers and Jacks elations at the birth of their two sons, Ryan and Justin. Lynda was blessed with so much talent and as her faith matured she used her talent to share the love of God. I will truly miss my dear friend.

I moved to Chattanooga from New York City in 2004 through a dear friend at church I was introduced to Lynda & Jack Tyler. Lynda was a profound networker and connector for the kingdom of God. It was through her as leader of the Transformation Minstry and Soldiers for Christ that I connected through prayer with many Pastors and Churches throughout this region. Never forgotten Lynda!!!!

Linda, will truly be missed by her Intercessor groups. She was always ready to go to the Lord on behalf of those who needed it. I will forever remember the phone calls from her saying “Wanda (My Sister) you were on my mind so I called to pray for you”. Thank you Woman Of God for being a light in this dark world. Rest well in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. It’s not good bye it’s see you later! I will see you on the other side.
