She was a member of South Seminole Baptist Church.
Liz was preceded in death by her first husband, Ken Shepherd and her second husband, Charles Snyder.
Survivors include her children, Lisa Goss, Todd Shepherd and Bill Shepherd; four grandchildren, Seth Wilson, Emily Wilson, Gabriel Shepherd and Kylie Shepherd; three great-grandchildren, Lizzie Wilson, James Addison and Ruth Addison.
Visitation will be held at Chattanooga Funeral Home-East Chapel, 404 South Moore Road, East Ridge, TN on Sunday April 19, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Her funeral service will be held at in the funeral home chapel on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
Entombment will be private.
