Nancy Huey Head

Nancy and her late husband, Tom had been members of East Lake Baptist Church when they merged with East Ridge Baptist Church. For the past several years she had been a member of Burning Bush Baptist Church. She was retired from Tennessee-American Water Company.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Thomas C. Head, Sr.; parents, George and Nora Williams Huey; brother, George Huey, Jr. and sister, Tommie Lee House.

Survivors include her son Thomas Calvin Head, Jr. “Tommy” and his wife Donna; daughter, Kristie Taylor and her husband John; three grandchildren, Brittany Cronnon (Adam), Jennifer Booth (Kevin) and Jonathan Taylor (Bree); nine great-grandchildren, Garrett Romans (Khloe), Gracie Romans, Jada Cronnon, Harper Booth, Brody Booth, Hallie Booth, Barrett Booth, Rowan Taylor and Redding Taylor; three great-great-grandchildren, Waylon and Willy Summey, Ryleigh Romans; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10 AM Saturday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road. The family will receive friends from 2-8 PM Friday at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South. Pallbearers will be Kevin Booth, Brody Booth, Jonathan Taylor, Garrett Romans, Adam Cronnon and Earl Christian.
