Nicole’s favorite things were her family, close friends, cooking/baking and her art. She made custom cakes for her friends and family. She collected copper cookie cutters as well as being an avid travel enthusiast. She traveled on several continents and has been in many countries collecting passport stamps for all of them, making artwork for them as well. Nicole is a very kind, confident and positive individual that started fighting stage 4 metastatic colon cancer in December 2019 and continued bravely and positively fighting with chemo for almost 2 years.
