Parnell "Rusty" Spradley passed away Thursday, December 29, 2011. He was born August 9, 1952 to the late Parnell and Edith Spradley. He was a graduate of Tyner High School class of 1970. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the Univeristy of Tennesse at Chattanooga.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Tina Turner.
Survivors include his son Tony and his wife Ilene; two grandsons Torin and Steele Spradley; nephews Travis and Chris Turner; cousins Mike and Donald Palmer.
Rusty was a good and loved person who had touched many lives. He had made a lot of friends through the years. Before he passed he had overcome all of his addictions that he struggled with through his lifetime. Everyone loves him and is very proud of him for fighting so hard to be whole again. His family loves him and will miss him dearly. God Bless.
There will be no visitation or service.
Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist.
