Pat was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ and member of Brainerd Baptist Church. She lived a quiet, steadfast life of faith. Pat was the strength of the family. Her prayers and love for each one who knew her will be missed greatly. She was admired and loved dearly by her family and friends. Truly, she was a Proverbs 31 woman.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Bill Harvey, Sr.; parents, Fred M. Pettit and Mabel Long Pettit.
She is survived by her children, Deborah Geren, Bill (Pam) Harvey and Mike (Diane) Harvey; grandchildren, Christie (Jeff) Millican, Michael (Mandy) Harvey, Christopher (Erin) Harvey, April (Shane) Brown, Matthew (Harmony) Harvey; nine great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; brother, Fred M. Pettit, Jr.; sister, Dee Houghton.
A Celebration of Patricia’s Life will be held graveside in the Chattanooga National Cemetery on Monday January 4, 2020 at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home prior to the service from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Brainerd Baptist Church for “Missions” at 300 Brookfield Ave, Chattanooga, TN 37411.
