To the family of Paul Wilkerson:
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. Paul was well thought of in the Rescue community. I talked to him so many times when he would call the State Office of TARS.
I thought a lot of him and Jeannette, I would mainly just see them at the TARS convention every year. They were a very handsome and sweet couple. They would always take time to talk to me and I enjoyed their company.

I first met Paul in 1970 when the TARS Convention was in Chattanooga. Together with Morris Simpson and Don Black, and with Dr. C.Robert Clark, they made the rescue service one of the best volunteer emergency services in the Southeast.
I am certain his family, friends, and fellow rescue workers will miss him, but rejoice that he has joined his wife, loved ones, and friends in the joyous reunion in Heaven.
Bless all of you who mourn, and may you be comforted by your family and friends and your memories.

So sorry to hear about Paul passing away. I had know Paul for over 50 years through the Kingsport Lifesaving Crew. He was one of the nicest men I have ever had the honor to know. His community has lost a great friend but God has gained a special angel.
May God bless Paul's family and friends during this sad time

Kim and Kenny,
I was so sorry to hear of Paul's passing.
As you know know Paul and Jeanette were so very special to George and I.

So many thoughts of them are going through my head!

Paul and George both were rewarded as Lifetime Members of TARS the same year.

My son, Joe, remembers that one year at convention Paul fed some of Jeanette's birthday cake to his 1 year old son .

I hope to see you on Tuesday!
Love you both,
Earline Young

I had the honor of working for Paul Wilkerson at Lilie and McCall. Paul was a man of high morals, honesty and integrity. These qualities are true for the entire Wilkerson family. This is a family of true public servants. Paul's homegoing is a tremendous loss for us on earth, but is heavens gain. Paul will live on in memory and through his wonderful family. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Wilkerson family. David and Sharon Swope
