Peggy Broyles Rule

Mrs. Rule was born in Greenville, Tennessee to the late David Dale and Mary Sue Elizabeth Broyles. After graduating from college, she married Thomas St. Clair Rule in 1956 and settled in Chattanooga in 1964. She raised her family and had a home based childcare center until the passing of her beloved husband in 2014. She then moved to Huntsville in 2017 where she attended Christ Church. She loved the people as well as the music each Sunday.

She is survived by her children, Thomas S. (Pam) Rule of Macon GA; Christopher L.(Lillian) Rule of Harvest, AL; Angela L. Rule of Madison, AL; Kevin (Dawn) Speegle of Huntsville, AL; and John D. Rule; Seven grandchildren, 2 great grand-children and her brother, Bill Broyles of Jefferson City, MO.

A graveside service will be on Monday December 20, at 2:00pm at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with Rev. Terry Jackson officiating.
