Phyllis Ann Albright, loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 19, 2012. She was an avid gardener of flowers and had a deep personal passion for helping with the flowers and grounds at her church, First Centenary United Methodist Church, where she was a volunteer in the church garden mission. A native of Cleveland, Tennessee, daughter of the late C.L. and Mary Moore Longwith, she retired from North American Royalties, where she was employed as a payroll supervisor for over 40 years.
Survived by husband of 59 years, Ray C. Albright of Harrison; daughter, Susan Albright Currie and her husband, Dan, of Huntsville, Alabama; son, R. Chris Albright and his wife, Kristy, of Dunlap; three grandchildren, Raegan Spencer, Megan Hoehn, and Paxton Albright; two sisters, Peggy Gaddis and Debbie Barker; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at 11:30 AM at the Kate Lyle West Chapel of First Centenary United Methodist Church with Dr. David Harr officiating. Burial will be in the Church Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 24, 2012 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM in the Narthex of the Church prior to the service.
