Phyllis Lee Shirley, 62, of Rossville, Georgia died Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at her home. She was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Samuel and Gina Duggan. She was preceded in death by her brother Michael Duggan.
Survivors include her husband of 46 years, Charles Ray Shirley; children, Michelle Shirley, Charles Ray Shirley, Jr. and his wife Bridgett, Bonnie Shirley and Bridgette Strickland and her husband Allen; twelve grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 3 at 2:00 pm in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Charles R. Shirley, Jr and Reverend Corey Ledford officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Cemetery in Ider, Alabama.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4-7 Saturday.
