She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. (Bob) Troutman, parents, John and Effie Botkin, brother, Eugene Botkin, and sister, Jeanette Pipes.
Left behind to cherish Phyllis’ memory are her children, Allyson Lockwood Troutman, Chattanooga, Tracy (Steve) Riden, Lenoir City, TN., John (Sandra) Troutman, Riverview, FL., Elizabeth Lee (Van) Overbay, Chattanooga, 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Phyllis’ Life will be held graveside in the Chattanooga National Cemetery on Monday August 27, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. with Judy Scott officiating.
The family would like to offer a special thanks to her caregivers at Kindred Hospice.
