Rachel Elizabeth Hamilton, 40, of Chattanooga passed away Friday, July 18, 2025 in Memphis, Tennessee. She was born in Chattanooga, TN on April 19, 1985 and attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help and Notre Dame Schools.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Valorie Vaughn Osborne.
Survivors include her father, Ralph (Brenda) Hamilton; step-father, Stan Osborne; uncle Vince (Patricia) Vaughn; cousins, Elaine McGee, Brian Vaughn, Matt Vaughn, Tori Vaughn Bayard and Kelsey Vaughn.
Graveside services will be held at 2 PM Friday, July 25, 2025 at Forest Hills Cemetery with Pastor Tony Leonard and Michael Prettyman from GraceWorks Church officiating.
Arrangements are by the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road.
