Mrs. Kelley was born March 16, 1933 in Heflin, Alabama to the late Homer and Naomi Nelson Nichols.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and three sisters from Alabama.
Survivors include her husband, Orbie Don Kelley; three children, Randy (Rhonda) Kelley, Robin (Al) Pilcher and Mark (Lori) Kelley; six grandchildren, Chris (Mary) Kelley, Jeremy Kelley, Meredith (Josh) Robbs, Natalie (Phillip) Holderfield, Chase (Lexi) Kelley and Kaiti (Travis) Coyman; 12 great-grandchildren several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Friday, January 29, 2021 at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 South Moore Road with the Rev. William Jacques and Dr. Ronnie Mitchell officiating. Private burial will be in Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12 – 2:30 PM Friday, January 29, 2021 at the funeral home.
