Ruth Louise Dodson, 77, of Chattanooga passed away Tuesday, October 26, 2004 in a local hospital. She was a member of Cross of Christ Lutheran Church and the Lutheran Women’s Mission League. She is survived by two sons, Mark Seitz, Alanson, MI and Collin Seitz, South Bend, IN; five daughters, Linda Jones, Chattanooga, Karen Mayville and Terri Carpenter, both of Garden City, MI, Sherry Boyd, Chattanooga and Paula Hammond, Wayne, MI; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Karl Luckhardt, Chelsea, MI and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Friday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Pastor Barry Hildebrandt officiating. The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Thursday at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 404 South Moore Road.
