Sandra Swafford Seymour, 75, of Signal Mountain passed away in a local hospital surrounded by her loving family on December 10, 2013 after an extended illness. Sandra's Mother and my Mother were very good friends in Chattanooga many years ago. My Dad operated the drug store, Willow Pharmacy in Highland Park during those years. Sandra and my brother, Robin, were the same age and graduated from Chattanooga High School together in 1956. Her sister, Karen, and I are the same age. Her cousin, Phoebe Fincher, informed me today of Sandra's passing.
