Sara Ella Brock

She was born in Dunlap, Tennessee on February 10. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved her family and her friends, but most of all she loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She enjoyed gardening and sharing the fruits of her labor with those she loved. She was a long time member of Highland Park Baptist Church and currently a member of Stanley Heights Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Winford M. Brock; daughter, Barbara Ann Brock; her parents, Charles and Laura Louallen; sisters, Hallie Lamb and Jessie Lee Anderson; and brothers, Coy and June Louallen.

Survivors include a sister, Betty Johnson (Barker) and Charles Lloyd Louallen; sons, Donnie E. (Rhonda) Brock and Carl T. (Kay) Brock; daughter, Carolyn Caulkins (Wilford Caulkins IV); several grandchildren – Ginger Burnette (Todd), Kristi Lockhart (Jade), Kandi Crane (Jeff), Melody Madaris (Dewayne), Keith Brock (Lillien), Julie Powell (Jacob); several great-grandchildren – Scott Jarvis, Kyle and Krista Burnette, Kayla, Luke and Sam Crane, Brad and Aaron Madaris, Lee Ashburn and Zachary Brock, Kaylie and Noah Shelton; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 PM on Monday at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be at 1 PM on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at the funeral home with Pastor Brent Baughman and Don Duncan officiating.

Burial will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
