May 27, 1969 – January 16, 2022

Stephen Terrel Ray, II “Terrel” was welcomed into his heavenly home on Sunday January 16, 2022 by his Mamaw and Papaw Nola and Edward Longwith, his Aunt Judy Longwith Bacastow and Aunt Vicki Longwith Harris, several cousins, lots of other family and friends and of course Jesus is happy to have him home. Terrel is survived by his Mother, Karen Longwith Ray, Chattanooga, TN, Aunts Belinda McAllister-Ringgold, GA and Susan (James) Slaven, Acworth, GA, Uncles, Dennis Longwith, Acworth, GA, Jimmy (Claudia) Longwith, Beach Grove, TN, Ronnie Longwith, Ringgold, GA and Tony (Jean) Longwith, Beach Grove, TN, lots of Wonderful Cousins and his Special Family, Rhonda, Josh, Ryan, Crystal Campbell, and Glock, the dog (he loved throwing the ball for) Apison, TN. Terrel was preceded in death by his daddy Steve Ray and Grandmother Mary Sullivan. Terrel will be greatly missed by his True Life Church Family, his Extended Family, Joe and Arlene Knowles, their Wonderful Children and Grandchildren, the many friends he made in his life and the Staff at Evergreen Life Services. Terrel was not ashamed to tell everyone he wanted to go to Heaven and see God and he always asked them if they were going to Heaven and this statement impacted a lot of lives. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be Tuesday January 25, 2022 at 6:00 PM at Chattanooga Funeral Home-East Chapel, 404 South Moore Road Chattanooga, TN with Pastor Danny Lance of True Life Church officiating.
